Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and development of embedded electronic systems aligned with regulatory requirements.
* Own hardware architecture, component selection, and circuit design.
* Drive design transfer activities to manufacturing, ensuring quality standards are met.
* Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturing partners to maintain quality control.
* Contribute to verification, validation, and risk analysis, including FMEA.
* Support test development and troubleshooting across development and production.
* Maintain accurate design documentation in line with industry compliance and regulatory needs.
* Mentor junior engineers and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements
* Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
* At least 7 years' experience in electronic product development, preferably in a regulated sector.
* Expertise in embedded systems, sensor integration, and analog/digital design.
* Strong proficiency in tools such as Altium Designer and lab testing equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS
* Familiarity with ISO 13485 or regulated design controls.
* Background in New Product Introduction (NPI) and product industrialization.
* Embedded firmware/scripting skills (e.g., Python).
