Senior Accountant
About the Company
Our client is an established property group with a diverse portfolio. The finance team supports development projects, asset management, and ongoing property operations, ensuring strong financial control, performance visibility, and timely reporting to senior leadership and investors.
Role Summary
The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the day-to-day and month-end finance function for the group. This includes ownership of key entities within the portfolio, delivery of management accounts, cashflow reporting, supporting budgeting/forecasting, and ensuring compliance (VAT, RCT, payroll taxes, audit support). This is a hands‑on role in a lean team. It suits someone who is comfortable with detail but is also commercially aware, someone who can flag issues early (cash, cost overruns, yields, covenant risks) and support decision‑making at project and portfolio level.
