 
        
        Our client, a leading mid-tier firm is seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join their busy litigation department.
Responsibilities:
 * Dealing with incoming correspondence and calls from Agents, Solicitors, and Defendants;
 * Drafting of legal documents including letters, affidavits of service, statutory declarations, bills of costs, etc.;
 * Taking instructions from clients;
 * Instructing summons servers and tracing agents;
 * Providing Client instructions to Counsel in respect of cases in the legal process;
 * Preparation of briefs and court documentation;
 * Liaising with clients over court outcome and next steps;
 * Assisting with drafting Circuit Court and High Court proceedings and Motions;
 * Service of Proceedings;
 * Liaising with Court Services;
 * Dealing with the enforcement of Orders for Possession including liaising with the relevant Sheriff offices;
 * Managing a high volume, fast moving workload;
 * Maintaining excellent relationships with third parties;
 * Providing assistance to the Operational Team;
 * Ad hoc duties that may arise, both departmental and firmwide.
Requirements:
 * Previous experience as a legal executive in a Litigation Department a requirement;
 * Pro-active thinker and problem solver;
 * Excellent communicator;
 * Can work on own initiative as well as being a strong Team player;
 * Strong communication skills and a good phone manner; and
 * Attention to detail.
