About the Role:
This is a permanent HR Business Partner position supporting the business unit with strategic and operational HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
6. Partner with leadership on people strategies
7. Manage full employee lifecycle
8. Coach managers on performance & probation
9. Lead talent and succession planning
10. Oversee HR metrics and pay reviews
11. Handle disciplinary matters
12. Support HR process improvements
What We're Looking For:
13. Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR role.
14. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
15. Resilient, confident, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
16. Experience with HR systems such as Advanced HR or similar platforms.
17. Relevant third-level qualification in HRM, Business, or related field.
18. CIPD membership is advantageous but not essential.
