What You’ll Do
* Provide Leadership & Clinical Supervision - Support the nursing team in delivering outstanding care.
* Promote High Standards - Ensure a person-centred approach in all aspects of resident care.
* Encourage Independence & Well-Being - Support residents to live fulfilling lives.
* Support Compliance & Best Practices - Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory adherence.

What We’re Looking For
* Registered Nurse with An Bord Altranais and an active PIN.
* Minimum 6 years’ post-registration nursing experience.
* At least 1 year of experience in a management capacity (desirable).
* Passionate about gerontology and dementia care.
* Strong clinical competence and leadership skills.
* Nursing Home experience desirable.
