We are currently recruiting for a HR/Health and Safety Administrator for our site in Glanmire, Cork.
Main Duties will include:
* Administering all HR-related documentation.
* Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
* Lead the recruitment process for the site
* Complete onboarding for all new employees
* Performance management. Support the middle managers in conducted these meeting.
* Probation: Ensure 3- and 6-month probation reviews are completed
* Maintain and update health and safety, quality and environmental documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, and records.
* Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations
* Assist in the development and revision of documentation as needed.
* Collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions
* Coordinate and facilitate training programs for employees to ensure understanding of policies and procedures.
* Promote health and safety awareness and a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
Previous HR experience desirable
Strong IT skills especially in Word and Excel desirable
