As part of the Hotel Management team you will be responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the Hotel while ensuring our guests have a positive experience. You will lead and motivate the Food & Beverage Team to deliver outstanding levels of service.

Responsibilities
Day to day running of the Bar & Brasserie
Lead a team of Food & Beverage Assistants, Supervisors and Assistant Managers
Continue to maintain and build a loyal and regular customer base
Take every opportunity to maximize revenue
Exceeding Customer service expectations at all levels
To be responsible for the day to day queries, complaints and issues that arise in the Bar
Maintaining high standards of detail at every level
HACCP Controls
Maintain and audit hygiene levels
Maintain and audit food quality levels with Chef
To ensure cash/vouchers and all forms of payment are handled in a secure and responsible manner
Management of Rosters
Performance management
Recruitment and selection
Requirements
A Minimum of 2 years experience at Manager level in a similar environment
Possess Strong Leadership qualities
Ability to train new & existing staff
Have an excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage & a strong eye for detail
Possess the ability to perform under pressure & be proficient in spoken & written English
Availability to work 5 over 7 days for both opening and closing shifts
