Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

Starting Salary: €38 – €40k per annum (depending on experience), with additional OTE

About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Consultant - Inside Sales to join our team in Kilkenny. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong interest in IT sales and account management, and with a talent for social and digital marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Inside sales:
· Perform an inside sales function to efficiently manage client requests and add value with an SLA.
· Deliver exceptional customer experiences through outstanding social and interpersonal skills.
· Implement enhancements in sales administration processes and supplier management.
· Proactively address customer concerns to foster loyalty.
· Increase sales within our existing client base and new prospective clients.
· Work alongside our technical team and Operations Manager to manage client requests and convert and maximise sales opportunities.
1. Digital marketing and website marketing / sales:
· Work with our Web Developer to implement and improve our website.
· Implement best practices for our digital marketing and marketing in general.
· Enhance our online presence through targeted digital marketing efforts and a dynamic content strategy.
1. Serving existing customer & account management:
· Capitalise and uplift any customers to new or additional services particularly with respect to our cyber security services and products.
· Manage allocated customers and convert inbound calls to sell our IT products and services.
1. New business opportunities:
· Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
