We have partnered with an organisation in Wexford, and our client is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic IT support team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory, and McAfee anti-virus software, providing on-site and remote support. This role offers a hybrid working style, and candidates must have a full Irish driving license as travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver on-site and remote technical support for clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
2. Administer and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft SharePoint, including site configuration, user permissions, and integration.
3. Manage user accounts, group policies, and authentication issues within Active Directory environments.
4. Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot McAfee anti-virus software across client systems.
5. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across various platforms.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Technical support / field engineer).
* 3+ years of experience with device management.
* Experience with SharePoint support.
* Full Irish Driving License.
