Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and strengthen Crown's brand identity across all touchpoints - offices, sites, events and digital platforms.
· Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, pull-up banners, presentations, internal newsletters, and branded site signage.
· Ensure brand consistency in all materials, communications, and visual assets.

· Plan, draft, and schedule engaging posts that highlight projects, people, milestones, and CSR initiatives.
· Track and analyse social media performance to inform content strategy.
· Support internal communications campaigns that reinforce company culture and values across all offices and project sites.
· Assist with photography, videography, and storytelling for project updates, milestones, and events.
· Develop case studies, project profiles, and news updates for the website and other channels.
· Support the coordination of corporate events, trade shows, and client hospitality activities.
· Ensure professional presentation and branding at all company events and external engagements.
· Manage promotional merchandise, branded clothing, and gift stock in coordination with suppliers.
· Contribute to website updates and optimisation in collaboration with external web partners.
· Maintain consistent messaging, tone, and visual presentation online.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
· Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related discipline.
· Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing or design-focused role.
· Strong design and layout skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva.
· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Desirable:
· Experience in construction, engineering, or B2B marketing.
· Familiarity with video editing tools and basic photography.
· Experience with website CMS (e.g. WordPress) and analytics tools.
