The On–Premise Trade Marketing Manager (OPTMM) is a national role (IOI) that focuses on the development, implementation, and cultivation of the RedBull brand image, as well as increasing the RedBull share of mind and consumption in the On-Premise environment. The OPTMM collaborates with key stakeholders to maximize the impact of and leverage major On-Premise image building and consumption-driving initiatives. The OPTMM trains the sales team in new On-Premise marketing tools and added value concepts, ensuring increased availability, visibility, and activation of RedBull at points of sale and decision outlets. The OPTMM also contributes to and coordinates the annual On-Premise business plan by identifying insights that lead to new activities, programs, strategies, and tactics. Richmond Marketing is the distribution partner for RedBull in Ireland.
Responsibilities
All responsibilities entrusted to you include:
* Driving share of mind with industry stakeholders such as staff, decision makers, owners, and influencers.
* Creating, coordinating, and approving tailor-made installations.
* Supporting Musketeers and Key Account managers in implementing tools and concepts.
* Collaborating with the National RedBull Marketing Team to ensure cross-departmental synergy.
* Translating national research results and insights into actionable activities and strategies for On-Premise focus areas.
* Monitoring market trends and seeking new business opportunities to enhance marketing activities.
* Managing the national event and festival strategy.
* Executing marketing activities and POS activations at RedBull events, festivals, and third-party events in line with international strategy, jointly with the Musketeers.
* Sharing best practices and case studies within the national and international teams.
* Building a network with external agencies, influencers, decision makers, and event organizers for new collaborations.
* Allocating the On-Premise marketing budget effectively according to the business plan.
* Managing POS tools and monitoring their placement.
* Tracking and evaluating the results of marketing activities.
Minimum Requirements
* 3+ years of marketing experience in a commercial environment.
* Degree in Marketing or Business.
* Experience in the On-Premise environment preferred.
* People leadership or management experience preferred.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
* Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
* Analytical skills to analyze consumer, sales, and customer data.
* Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
* Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
* Working knowledge of iOS and MS Office.

* Fluency in English required.
