Pension Administration Role
This role involves the administration and management of a portfolio of corporate insured pension schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and manage a portfolio of corporate insured pension schemes with accuracy and efficiency.
* Oversee all aspects of day-to-day scheme administration, handling client queries, working with consultants and client managers to ensure compliance, and completing group pension and risk renewals.
* Handle queries from client companies and scheme members in a professional and timely manner.
* Work closely with Consultants and Client Managers to ensure client files are fully compliant.
* Complete group pension and risk renewals, as well as accounts, for allocated portfolios.
* Ensure all statutory disclosure requirements are met, including issuing Member Benefit Statements, Trustee Annual Reports, and settling scheme benefits.
Candidate Profile:
* Experience in pensions administration, ideally within financial services, life & pensions broking, or a consultancy environment.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
* Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic with a proactive approach.
* Confident problem-solver with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
