Qualified / Part-Qualified Accountant - Irish Based Accountancy PracticeMedium Sized Practice - Naas / Laois / DublinSenior Accountant - Client Service Specialist & AdvisersA medium sized accountancy practice is seeking a qualified/part-qualified accountant with experience of working in an accountancy practice in Ireland.This role will allow you to grow and develop your exposure to include a broad range of high profile service and support to the practice clients, including regular accounting support and advice along with opportunity to work in conjunction with the client transaction and corporate finance support services division.Seeking a senior accountant to work in Naas office supporting the growth and development of client business and wealth in addition to forming part of the strategic development of the practice.The duties and responsibilities will include the following:Preparation of accounts and financial statementsAssist in maintaining and developing client relationshipsDesign and implementation of non-audit assignment plansEnsure completion of assignments within appropriate budget and timeframeManage trainees while on assignmentResponsible for development and mentoring of trainees.Managing and planning audit, audit exempt and project assignmentsReceiving the financial records from the client and the preparation of routine financial reports essential to the effective support of the financial function of the client to include annual financial statements and taxation reportsManaging a portfolio of clients and the provision of business advisory support to these clientsSetting out key goals and objectives to deliver the strategic planWorking with existing clients to develop new business opportunitiesIdentifying and promote additional services and support to clientsProvide high-level technical and business and commercial advisory support to clientsWorking to deadlines and budgetary measures and other KPI essential for the efficient functioning and growth of the practiceLiaising with Management and staff on co-ordination and alignment of work flow strategyLiaising and co-ordinating with internal staff members and providing them with support, guidance and trainingCommunicating with colleagues, clients and public at largeMaintenance of timesheets on a daily basis with sign off and presentation at the end of each weekMaintenance of proper records of accounts to include working paperJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €43,000.00-€50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Additional leaveCompany eventsCompany pensionOn-site parkingSick payExperience:Accountancy Practice in Ireland: 3 years (required)Work Location: In personExpected start date: 01/04/2026
