Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for driving growth and leading high-performance teams? A well-established and rapidly expanding company is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Finglas, Co. Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader in the manufacturing, distribution, and installation of plant and safety equipment, serving major clients across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic sales team to drive performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales approaches.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong organisational skills.
- Full clean driving licence is essential.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
