Join the Nourish Learning and Development team as we continue to elevate the customer experience across our stores. We're looking for a dynamic and engaging Learning & Development Facilitator (Product Knowledge and Customer Experience) to deliver training that supports and empowers our teams, strengthens product knowledge, and enhances overall store performance. This is a hands-on, people-focused role that combines training expertise, strong communication, high level product knowledge and coaching to support our retail teams in delivering exceptional customer experience. This role requires 2 days in store (nationwide) working, 1 day working from Head Office (Santry), and 2 days working remotely each week. You will be required to work one weekend day per month. Access to your own car is preferred for travel purposes.This is a fixed term temporary role with a duration of approximately ten to twelve months. (You will be able to return to your previous role or offered a role with no less favourable terms when the temporary role comes to an end). Key ResponsibilitiesTravelling to store locations nationwide, providing coaching and mentoring to support product knowledge and customer experience.Developing and delivering training presentations and other activities both in-person and virtually.Work closely with store managers and retail operations to identify training priorities and tailor programs to meet local needs.Carrying out administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of training initiatives.Creating content and learning materials to support continuous in store learning and development, including content for our internal LMS.Company leader to ensure a culture of excellent customer experience is maintained.Provide learning and development support for new store openings, including pre- and post-launch activities.
