Day Services Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled Day Services Supervisor to lead our team and develop person-centred opportunities and community-based services for adults with an intellectual disability.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage staff members in a disability service setting, promoting excellent interpersonal, communication, reporting, and organisational skills.
* Utilise effective team management and leadership skills to drive change and enhance outcomes-based services.
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to person-centred planning using a human rights approach and knowledge of national policy and best practices.
* Implement initiatives that foster meaningful community involvement, interaction, and participation, including education and employment opportunities.
* Bolster natural support networks and build social capital to benefit individuals with intellectual disabilities.
