We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to grow our existing Allied Health Professionals (AHP) division based in Cork. As a Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of recruitment consultants focused on the recruitment and placement agency AHP professionals within Ireland.
You will drive sales and margin growth within your specialist area, build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, and deliver exceptional levels of customer service through the recruitment process.
In this role, you will work closely with the team to increase candidate attraction and establish a strong candidate pipeline. You will also identify and pursue new business opportunities within the allied health professions sector.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Building and managing a team of recruitment consultants
* Driving sales and margin growth within your specialist area
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
* Delivering exceptional levels of customer service through the recruitment process
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role within an agency setting
* Knowledge of the variety of disciplines and modalities within AHP as well as the necessary registrations and validations
* The ability to demonstrate a track record of leadership, inspiration, and motivation of a team
* A proven track record of success in an AHP Agency recruitment role
* Career driven and hardworking with a positive can-do attitude
