Job Description:
* The selected candidate will be responsible for working on different sections of our large kitchen, hot and cold.
* Food quality and timely production will be ensured by the successful candidate.
* They will assist the head and sous chef during service and help manage stock.
* Maintaining high standards of kitchen health and hygiene procedures is also essential.
* Working closely with junior chefs, they will prepare and cook food to order.
We require an experienced individual with 2 years of chef work experience and expertise in professional cookery. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
