We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team in a manufactory environment in Carrigtwohill, Co Cork
Working pattern: Monday to Friday
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Sample, Inspect and record inspection results according to relevant attribute chart for all Level 1 received raw materials and components.
* Control all necessary documentation i.e. DMRs, NCP tickets, Certs. Of Conformance as appropriate.
* Prepare and report appropriate performance metrics for the area.
* Sample and inspect assembled or machined products and release to Cleanroom / Remstar locations prior to final packaging.
* Review manufacturing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
* Prepare and report appropriate performance metrics for the area.
* Prepare rework instructions as required.
* Prepare and check sterile load documentation against physical load.
* Complete Product Release activities
* Review non-sterile product documentation and release product.
* Perform weekly Spider-web and 5 basics audits.
* Highlight Quality issues to relevant areas and assist in problem solving efforts
* Will be required to comply with documentation procedures and adopt the requirements of the Quality Management System.
* Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and requirements.

Requirements:
* Basic maths and writing skills.
* Blueprint/Engineering schematic reading
* Basic inspection techniques.
* Basic PC skills.
* Ability to operate small hand tools (eg. Pliers, screwdriver, hammer, wrench etc.)
* Must be able to follow detailed quality requirements and inspection procedures.
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification or experience background.
* Previous experience of using inspection equipment and techniques is desirable but not essential.
