Position Summary

Jigsaw is hiring an eLearning Administrator on a part-time, fixed-term 2-year basis. This contract is offered on a shorter working year basis, aligned with the post-primary school academic year, totaling 35 weeks per year. The role involves working 4 days per week (approximately 30 hours), with flexibility for negotiation due to some evening work for webinars and online training. Salary is pro-rata based on the salary range provided.

The successful candidate will join the Mental Health Promotion eLearning Team, reporting to the eLearning Lead, and will support the implementation of Neart, Jigsaw's 3-year programme to promote wellbeing and mental health in post-primary schools, in partnership with NEPS and the Department of Education.

The role involves managing Jigsaw's Learning Management System, LearnUpon, providing user support, managing data and reports related to the Neart programme, and contributing to wider organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, flexible, and collaborative.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and administration for the eLearning platform.

2. Manage online content, including uploading, testing, launching, and maintenance.

3. Support the learner journey by responding to queries and updating information.

4. Monitor and manage the eLearning email mailbox.

5. Coordinate communication systems with learners and users.

6. Track engagement and participation of schools using various systems.

7. Participate in cross-functional eLearning projects.

8. Collaborate with the Neart Schools Team on mental health support programmes.

9. Perform other duties as required to support Jigsaw's mission and strategic priorities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Essential:

- Relevant QQI Level 5 or higher qualification, or a related third-level qualification.

- Experience supporting users on learning management systems.

- Experience with data systems like LMS or CRM.

- Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Empathetic and helpful attitude towards technical issues.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.

- Excellent writing and attention to detail.

- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

- Experience with website content management systems like WordPress.

- Understanding of youth mental health issues and promotion strategies.

- Passion for supporting mental health in young people.

- Adaptability to dynamic environments.

Benefits:

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications, with a pro-rata range of €14,735 to €22,659. Jigsaw offers benefits including a pension scheme, healthcare discounts, annual leave, CPD opportunities, flexible working, and support for further education.
