We are seeking a seasoned Banqueting Operations Manager to join our esteemed hotel team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional banqueting services, with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel. They will be well-versed in all aspects of banqueting operations, including cash and stock control systems.

* Maintain the highest standards of quality and service excellence at all times
* Lead, mentor, develop, and train a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results
* Respond promptly and professionally to all customer requests and complaints, ensuring complete satisfaction
* Ensure accurate and timely cash and stock management at all times
* Contribute to achieving departmental revenue and cost targets through effective planning and execution
* Embed and uphold the hotel's mission, values, and core principles in all aspects of work
* Collaborate closely with the Sales department to maximize wedding and event sales opportunities
* Adhere to rigorous HACCP and Health & Safety protocols at all times
* Provide additional support as needed to ensure seamless daily operations throughout the main hotel
