We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering strong commercial performance across multiple schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of cost management, from tender through to final account, across a portfolio of projects.
* Prepare detailed budgets and forecasts for review by senior management.
* Lead subcontractor procurement, tender evaluations, and contract awards.
* Oversee subcontractor and supplier payments in line with agreed terms and procedures.
* Support and mentor junior members of the team where required.
* Collaborate with Contracts Managers and Project Managers to achieve cost and programme objectives.
* Manage variation accounts, valuations, and cost reporting accurately and on time.
* Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation for internal and external reporting.
