This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a team delivering high-quality landscaping and grounds maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities Assisting with landscaping projects Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and general garden maintenance Loading/unloading materials and equipment Following health & safety procedures at all times Supporting skilled tradespeople as required Keeping work areas clean and organised Requirements Valid Safe Pass (essential) Manual Handling Certificate (essential) Previous landscaping or construction experience desirable Good work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all weather Physically fit and capable of manual labour Ability to work well in a team Full driving licence an advantage What We Offer Competitive pay Full-time hours Overtime opportunities On-the-job training and development
