Job Title: Key Account Manager

This role involves managing key customer relationships to achieve business objectives and growth targets.

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage and develop strategic partnerships with key customers
* Achieve sales targets and business performance indicators

* Collaborate with internal teams to drive cross-functional initiatives

* Renew and expand contracts, and conduct market research

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in sales, business development or account management
* Strong ability to travel within the region
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Data-driven approach with analytical mindset
* Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
* Able to identify new business opportunities and generate innovative ideas
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
