We are partnered with a multinational banking and financial services institution in Ireland ho are looking for someone to lead and manage the operational delivery of the EMEA Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Framework. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage operational processes, controls, and reporting for third-party management.
* Develop and oversee SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics for third-party arrangements.
* Act as business owner for TPRM tools; ensure user training and template updates.
* Maintain TPRM documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on regulatory responses and assurance activities.
* Support incident management and remediation efforts.
* Drive continuous improvement in TPRM processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
* Provide advisory support on TPRM queries across EMEA.
Skills & Experience:
* Extensive experience managing first-line third-party operations.
* Strong knowledge of UK/EU third-party risk regulations and procurement practices.
* Expertise in service delivery under SLAs, performance tracking, and control design.
* Skilled in stakeholder communication, governance reporting, and influencing senior leaders.
* Familiarity with TPRM tools and technology for collaboration and reporting.
