We're now expanding our residential field sales team and are looking for passionate, driven, and customer-focused individuals to help us bring renewable energy to more Irish homes.
The Role As an Ecoplex Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you'll be on the front line of Ireland's energy revolution.
You will visit residential areas, engage with homeowners, and educate them on the benefits of solar energy, EV charging, and sustainable home upgrades.
Your goal: generate interest, qualify leads, and close sales — all while promoting a cleaner planet.
You will be provided with comprehensive training, ongoing support, and cutting-edge tools to help you succeed and earn exceptional rewards.
What You'll Do Canvass assigned residential territories, engaging homeowners about Ecoplex's renewable energy solutions.
Promote and sell solar PV, EV chargers, and energy efficiency products to qualified prospects.
Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of switching to sustainable energy.
Generate leads and convert them into confirmed sales through consultative selling and relationship building.
Use CRM tools/tablet systems to record leads and sales in compliance with GDPR and internal quality standards.
Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Represent the Ecoplex brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Stay up-to-date on the latest renewable energy incentives, grants, and product updates.

Requirements: Proven door-to-door or field sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Comfortable working independently and outdoors.
Full clean EU driving licence (No penalty points).
Fluent English (required).
Must have authorisation to work in Ireland .
