* Stay informed on industry best practices and government publications related to services in the disability sector.
* Maintain up-to-date personnel records, HR metrics, and statistics.
* Properly archive files and prepare information as per requests from relevant authorities.
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as adhere to GDPR principles.
Key requirements include a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in HR or professional membership of CIPD, high proficiency in MS Office suite, and 3-5 years of administration experience including working with computer databases.
