Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Analyst to join our Virology Unit on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory sciences and be able to work accurately with good attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform various laboratory tests and analyses.
* Develop and maintain high-quality standards for laboratory procedures.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
* Proven laboratory experience (desirable but not essential).
* Ability to learn all virological techniques provided by the company.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Flexibility regarding duties and occasional weekend work required.
Benefits:
Standard working hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required. Remuneration package will be commensurate with experience.
