Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have a healthcare or social care qualification or relevant experience. Additionally, they must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to follow instructions and procedures, excellent organisational and observation skills, and a professional, caring, and compassionate nature. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
