Job Title: Lead Project Manager
About the Role
The successful candidate will operate as a senior project leader within the IT project management function. Reporting to the CIO, this role will see the candidate leading a team of project managers and business analysts, shaping and driving projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute delivery of assigned business and IT projects to required time, cost, and quality metrics.
* Work with business and IT teams, including 3rd party vendors, to deliver the IT roadmap.
* Drive continuous improvement in the delivery of IT projects and solutions.
* Manage project scope through the definition of clear requirements and ensure subsequent changes are managed through a defined change control process.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
* A degree level in a relevant discipline or have gained equivalent work experience.
* Minimum of 6 years working in a technical environment.
* Team leadership experience and demonstrated knowledge of working in a project delivery environment as a project administrator and/or project manager.
* Previously managed the successful delivery of business and/or technical projects to time, cost, and quality requirements.
