The Recruitment Resourcer supports the recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and registering suitable candidates to meet client requirements efficiently. The role is central to maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and delivering a professional candidate experience consistent with Broadline Group standards. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Attraction Source candidates through job boards, databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media. Write and post engaging job advertisements in line with company branding. Proactively build and maintain candidate talent pools for key sectors (e.g., hospitality, industrial, commercial). Conduct telephone and online screening to assess suitability, availability, and right-to-work status. Conduct pre-screening calls using companys approved questions and compliance criteria. Verify candidate documentation Schedule interviews, inductions, and training sessions where required. Maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant candidate records. Recruitment Support Assist recruiters and consultants with shortlisting and preparing candidate submissions for clients. Liaise with candidates to confirm interview details, feedback, and start dates. Support coordination of temporary staff placements and daily scheduling when needed. Maintain awareness of live vacancies, client needs, and candidate availability. Compliance & Administration Ensure all recruitment activity meets ISO 9001 and company compliance standards. Update the recruitment CRM and spreadsheets with accurate candidate data. Assist with reporting, audits, and internal QMS documentation as required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with recruitment processes and compliance documentation. Experience using recruitment software (Eclipse, Bullhorn, or similar). Performance Measures Number and quality of candidates sourced and screened. Accuracy of data entry and compliance records. Timeliness of communication with candidates and recruiters.
