Spirit Motor Group is seeking an experienced New Sales Manager to join our Ford Team in South Dublin. Working from one of our state-of-the art retail spaces in Sandyford, Dublin the successful candidate will join our highly motivated and talented team of sales professionals.
Role Requirements
* A minimum of 2-3 years sales management experience in a target driven environment - Motor Industry is essential.
* Oversees sales by ensuring prospecting and follow up activities are conducted by the Sales Team
* An ability to assess dealership sales performance, you will be responsible for enhancing the sales processes, increasing revenues, and driving the sharing of best practices across the sales department.
* Strategically sets objectives and reviews sales and performance reviews whilst identifying future trends
* Formulates and communicates sales targets to each executive
* You will need to be an influential, analytical, and motivational leader who coaches the sales team to achieve and exceed financial goals and shares our ambition for further success.
* Plans and implements marketing strategies with the marketing department
* Assist HR with employment relations, recruitment & selection and people agenda queries
* Conducts regular meetings and updates on any changes with team
* Excellent communication, presentation and customer skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Demonstrate commitment to learn and grow, by completing professional development courses
* Fluency in both spoken and written English.
* Fully authorised to live and work in Ireland
* Ensure adequate resourcing of sales department is adequately staffed to achieve departmental objectives

* Build strong interdepartmental relationships, and pay close attention to the requirements of those departments
