As a Senior Account Manager, you will be overseeing and running some of the agency’s key clients in Dublin. You will need to possess an excellent track record in delivering outstanding campaigns and events in the realm of brand experience while demonstrating an overall level of performance that ensures client and campaign success.What is the purpose of this role? Managing a number of the agency’s key clients, successfully delivering against clients’ objectives while ensuring an excellent standard of execution and service. We are looking for someone who has strong organizational and interpersonal skills, can handle a fast-paced work environment, and delivers when the pressure is on.What are the core responsibilities?1) Campaign Management;a) Manage new and existing client campaigns from strategy/pitch to implementation.b) Manage all campaign timelines and implementation plansc) Continuously liaising with clients/stakeholders to manage expectationsd) Managing all aspects of admin of a client account in a professional and timely manner, ensuring deadlines are clearly managed and met2) Team Management;a) Manage team members across various departments – Creative, Production and Staffingb) Manage a team, ensuring successful delivery of campaigns, time management and deliverablesc) Regular check-ins with senior members of the team3) Finance;a) Prepare and manage campaign budgets, ongoing reconciliations with client/suppliers/stakeholdersb) Liaise with suppliers to source and track campaign costsc) Stick to campaign budget on all campaigns and deliver target GP4) Client Services;a) Build strong relationships with your clients, liaising with them on a day-to-day basisb) Attend client meetingsc) Look for new opportunities with clientsDoes this role contribute to other areas of the business?Current client new business is a consideration in terms of looking at new ways we can work with existing clients to develop a revenue stream and service offeringIntended use of timeClient Account Management 50%: People Performance 20% : Finance 20% : Agency Initiatives 10%Day to Day Roles:a) Campaign Logistics and Operationsb) Client Managementg) Attend site visitsCandidate Profilea) 5+ years in an events agency or producing large-scale eventsc) Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsd) Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office/Worde) Very strong attention to detailf) In depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns/activitiesg) Ambitious and looking to learn and personally developLocationWe are based in Dublin but operate a hybrid working model.
