Senior Mechanical Pre-Construction Manager Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Pre-Construction Manager to lead the planning, coordination and technical development of major mechanical packages across data centre and mission-critical projects. This role is critical in defining scope, supporting tender activity reviewing design information and ensuring seamless transition into delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical engineering expertise pre-construction experience and the ability to work collaboratively with clients consultants and internal teams. Key Responsibilities include:
* Managing the mechanical pre-construction process from concept stage through to finalised design.
* Providing mechanical input into tender submissions including scope breakdowns and technical commentary.
* Aacting as the point of contact for mechanical pre-construction discussions with clients design consultants and internal teams.
