Working Pattern
Monday‑Friday, 6:30am‑2:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Managing café, buffet style restaurant for up to 250 pax daily.
Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure exceeding their food service expectations.
Innovating and creating new food offerings.
Leading, developing and managing a team of 9 staff, ensuring up‑to‑date COSHH, food hygiene training and other relevant training.
Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with relevant clients at individual businesses.
Ensuring the site achieves financial targets agreed with the client within budget.
