The Role
* Lead, motivate and support a team of Legal PAs to deliver high-quality administrative and secretarial support
* Oversee team workload, ensuring tasks are prioritised and deadlines met efficiently
* Act as the main point of contact for PA-related queries and workflow coordination
* Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and the wider business support teams to maintain high service standards
* Ensure the consistency of document production, client correspondence and diary management across the team
The Person
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary in a busy law firm
* Previous experience supervising or mentoring others in a team environment
* Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills
* Strong document management, formatting and typing abilities
* Proactive, professional and client-focused approach
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and maintain attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
