This firm has a strong reputation for handling complex, high‑value disputes across sectors including insurance, retail, construction, aviation, and financial services.

The Role
Manage a varied caseload across commercial litigation and insurance defence
Work on matters including:
Contractual and commercial disputes
Defence of casualty, professional negligence and D&O claims
Landlord & tenant litigation
Judicial reviews and employment injunctions
Shareholder disputes, including minority oppression
Represent clients across sectors including insurance, construction, retail, aviation and financial services
Assist on complex, high‑value and cross‑jurisdictional disputes
Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
The Person
1 to 8 years' PQE in litigation (insurance defence and/or commercial litigation)
Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
Collaborative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing team
