We are looking for a Paralegal based in Ireland to join a growing Employment Team of an international law firm in Dublin.
About the Firm
Our client is an international law firm with offices across key financial and commercial centres, including Dublin. The Employment Team advises multinational clients on Irish and EU employment law, supporting complex cross-border matters, contentious disputes, and strategic HR advisory work.
⚖️ The Role
You will support the Employment Team on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working closely with associates and partners across the firm’s international network.
Assisting with employment tribunal and court proceedings (e.g. Workplace Relations Commission claims)
Conducting legal research on Irish and EU employment law developments
Preparing bundles, filings, and case summaries
Liaising with clients, counsel, and internal stakeholders
Assisting with corporate transactions involving employment aspects
Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
Strong academic record
Demonstrated interest in employment law
Excellent legal research and drafting skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Previous paralegal or legal internship experience
Knowledge of Irish employment law and EU directives
Experience with tribunal processes (e.g. WRC)
Exposure to legal tech tools or document review platforms
