Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a fully paid relocation package for an Icelandic Speaking Customer Service Agent based in Bulgaria.
Base pay range: BGN 42,000.00/yr – BGN 45,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
* Assist Icelandic‑speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries and providing product information.
* Troubleshoot customer issues and complaints with a dedicated focus on delivering timely resolutions.
* Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain an accurate record of inquiries and feedback.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Stay informed about company products and services to provide comprehensive assistance to customers.
* Uphold the company's customer service standards while promoting a positive brand image.
Requirements
* Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred.
* Experience in customer service or similar fields is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Ability to calmly handle difficult situations and provide effective solutions.
* Proficient with CRM systems and standard office applications.
