As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Cpl Healthcare Talent Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment lifecycle by managing recruitment and compliance activities, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
