About This Role
We are seeking a diligent Diploma Course Administrator to support our team in a full range of administrative activities.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Support course leaders in all administrative tasks;
* Collaborate with course leaders to prepare documentation for programmes (timetables, faculty booklets, course handbooks);
* Welcome students onsite and online for each session;
* Manage course data on database systems;
* Liaise with the IT department regarding issues relating to course delivery;
* Process payments for lecturers and tutors;
* Update the virtual learning environment (Moodle) for courses on a weekly basis;
* Respond to student queries by email and phone;
* Assist with course assessments and other general administrative duties.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar position, knowledge of third level/professional systems is required. You will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication, organisational, and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
