Job OverviewLead QA/QC delivery on major M&E and mission‑critical projects.Join a growing international business with a strong project pipeline.Work alongside experienced Operations, Engineering, and Commissioning teams.Opportunity to shape quality standards and digital QA processes across projects.Exposure to technically complex, high‑value developments.Long‑term career progression within a leading building services contractor.ResponsibilitiesLead QA/QC processes across multiple Mechanical & Electrical projects.Manage inspections, audits, test documentation, and quality reporting.Ensure installations comply with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.Oversee inspection test plans (ITPs), QA checklists, and commissioning records.Manage NCRs (Non‑Conformance Reports), defects, and close‑out processes.Support commissioning and project handover activities.Coordinate quality inspections with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Manage digital QA platforms such as Procore, Fieldview, Dalux, or similar systems.Drive a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across projects.Support project teams with technical guidance and QA best practice.Produce quality reports and progress updates for senior management.Lead QA meetings, audits, and project quality reviews.QualificationsPrevious experience in a QA/QC Manager, QA Lead, or Senior QA/QC role within Building Services or Construction.Strong understanding of Mechanical & Electrical installations and commissioning processes.Experience working on large commercial, industrial, Data Centre, or Pharmaceutical projects.Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, inspections, and handover documentation.Experience using digital QA systems and construction platforms.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.BenefitsCompetitive salaryProfessional Development supportEmployee Assistance ProgramHealth and Wellness programsBike to Work schemeAt King and Moffatt, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation, creativity, and success.
