Lead Mechanical Engineer (Building Services)
This role will suit a Senior Mechanical Engineer who has previously led large projects with a total investment cost of over €200 million.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing innovative design solutions for new projects
* Interfacing with client design teams and end-users
* Leading technical and safety reviews
* Design of building services engineering design, including the preparation of AFDs, P&IDs, and equipment sizing calculations
* Managing people in the execution of the project life cycle
* Overseeing HVAC system BIM modelling progress by your team
* Planning resources, measuring and reporting of progress against agreed deliverables
* Estimating resource requirements for projects through the life cycle
* Delivery of agreed design scope within budget hours and schedule
Qualifications:
* Degree in Building services or Mechanical Engineering (Level 8)
* Significant design experience in the pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical or Chemical industry
* Led teams, investing time in coaching and developing future leaders
* Strong design experience of Utilities; including Steam, LPHW, CHW
