Description
Description We are looking to appoint an Insolvency manager to look after the day-to-day management of a portfolio of personal insolvency, bankruptcy, and debt resolution cases from inception to completion. The position will report directly to the Personal Insolvency Practitioner /Partner on agreed case strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities · Manage personal insolvency cases to include Personal Insolvency Arrangements (PIA’s) and Debt Settlement Arrangements (DSA’s), and Section 115A Appeals.
· Prepare bankruptcy applications for submission to the High Court and engage with the Examiners Office and the Bankruptcy Office.
· Manage debt resolution cases from inception to completion.
· Liaise with debtors, creditors, legal professionals, auctioneers, regulatory bodies, the various Courts, and other external stakeholders.
· Manage communication with creditors and debtors, including organising creditors’ meetings, and drive negotiations.
· Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and assessments of a client’s financial situation.
· Develop and implement strategies for personal debt recovery and financial turnaround.
· Draft, review, and submit necessary documentation, including proposals to address client debts and negotiate with creditors, and review bank restructures, and Full and Final Settlement arrangements.
· Monitor and manage case timelines, statutory deadlines, and reporting requirements to ensure full regulatory compliance with the Personal Insolvency legislation, Bankruptcy legislation, and Banking Debt Settlement Arrangements.
· Maintain case electronic files and records in accordance with firm and regulatory policies.
· Oversee the realisation of assets and distribution of funds to creditors.
· Identify potential risks in cases and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Key Requirements · Knowledge of the Personal Insolvency Legislation and Bankruptcy law is advantageous.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and written skills.
· Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple cases simultaneously.
Additional Requirements
Additional Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
