* Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough property valuations, prepare detailed sales particulars, and ensure accurate online listings.
* Arrange and lead professional property viewings to showcase properties in their best light.
* Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, securing optimal outcomes for clients.
* Coordinate efficiently with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and other parties to progress sales.
* Maintain precise records in the CRM system, adhering to PSRA regulations.
* Foster strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or accounts role.
* Relevant third-level qualification is desirable.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and commitment to confidentiality.
