Caretaker / Maintenance Operative – Dublin – Full Time. 39 hours per week. Hours between 7am and 4pm. Monday to Friday (Saturdays on rotation). €15.21 per hour. Opportunities for career development. Plus our Sodexo employee benefits package.
What you'll do
* Ensure all areas are maintained and serviced in accordance with O & M and other statutory regulations
* Undertake and carry out supervisor duties to monitor cleaning activities and directly report non-conformance to the manager
* Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards
* Use cleaning chemicals safely in accordance to COSHH guidelines
* Ensure the cleaning stores are kept clean and tidy and equipment is stored correctly and safely at all times
* Carry out basic maintenance repairs and tasks such as painting, window cleaning
* Carry out monthly PPM checks
* Set up for events and meetings
* Move furniture throughout site
What you\'ll bring
* Experience working in a cleaning team
* Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
* Experience working in a standards/compliance environment
* Knowledge of COSHH
