Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in line with client requirements Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process Build and manage a pipeline of candidates across various specialisms Write and post job adverts optimised for reach and engagement Meet KPIs related to placements, interviews arranged, and client satisfaction Attend networking events and career fairs to promote recruitment services Maintain accurate records on the recruitment CRM Continuously develop recruitment knowledge through formal training and academic study Requirements: Experience in a customer-facing, sales, or administrative role Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly Excellent time management and organisational skills Confident using digital platforms and social media Eagerness to learn and progress within the recruitment industry Eligibility to enrol in an academic qualification (Honours Degree in Recruitment Practices) Results-driven mindset with a resilient and positive attitude Able to commute to Dublin 10 This is more than just a jobits the launchpad for a fulfilling career.
