Responsibilities
* Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
* Piercing Excellence: Join our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions throughout the process.
* Keep It Fresh: Maintain an organized, visually appealing store with well-executed displays and easy-to-shop layouts.
* Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe.
* Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products and services. Stay updated on fashion and social media trends to assist customers in finding their style and boost sales.
* Store Operations: Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities to reflect Claire’s joyful brand.
* Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire’s haul on social media.
About You
* Sales-Driven Energy: Enjoy turning browsers into buyers and hitting goals.
* Social & Digital Savvy: Knowledge of trends and how to translate them into customer experiences.
* Customer-First Mentality: You understand people and help them feel confident and empowered.
* Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, preferably with leadership or sales-driving responsibilities.
* Ready to Hustle: Organized, self-motivated, and always looking to level up.
Job Requirements
* Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
* Proficiency with POS systems to facilitate transactions and support store operations.
* Completed some high school education and at least one year of retail management experience.
* Physical ability to stand for shifts and to lift 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs).
* Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders or step stools while stocking and assisting customers.
* Passion for helping customers express themselves daily.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and management.
* Solid mathematical skills for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling.
* Positive, collaborative team player with willingness to learn. May be required to work alone at times.
* Interest in fashion trends and ability to create curated looks with products during shifts.
