The Vacancy
Our dedicated Facilities Team keeps our buildings in top condition and plays a crucial part in our customer service offering.
Working closely with the onsite Centre and Facilities Team, you will be driven to achieve and maintain high standards of Facilities Management and Customer Care in our Bermondsey Cluster. You will be responsible for the building fabric, associated hard and soft services, site security, and health & safety at Biscuit Factory, Cannon Wharf, and Fuel Tank.
With high standards and a positive can-do attitude, you will tackle each task with care, ensuring all customers have a high-quality experience within their Workspace property. Your focus will be on creating a clean, safe, thermally comfortable, and operationally excellent environment for our customers, while also supporting our Carbon Net-Zero pathway, all within budget and on schedule.
What We Need From You
* Relevant previous job experience
* IOSH Qualification
* NEBOSH, BIFM, or mechanical/engineering qualification (desirable)
* Proficient in IT literacy
* Excellent organization and time management skills
* Superb people skills
* Energy and passion
