Commercial Accountant - Dublin West Hybrid- 3 days in office Salary- 75k Are you a qualified accountant with strong technical skills and a solid understanding of commercial finance? This role offers broad exposure to P&L ownership, balance sheet control, and close collaboration with commercial, operational, and finance teams across the business. Youll play a key role in supporting accurate financial reporting, improving processes, and ensuring commercial agreements are correctly reflected in financial outcomes. Its a varied, hands-on position suited to someone comfortable working across departments in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. What youll be doing: Profit & Loss + Commercial Support Review and analyse monthly sales and gross margin results. Ensure accurate application of commercial terms and pricing in coordination with the Commercial Team. Support commercial operations with master data updates, deal reconciliations, and transactional queries. Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes. Identify and implement process improvements across reporting and controls. Balance Sheet & Controls Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including stock accruals and GR/IR items. Ensure valuations and reconciliations align with group policy and reflect accurate business value. Partner with AP, AR, and IT to resolve outstanding issues and improve financial controls. Act as first point of contact for auditors during annual audit process. Supervise and support Accounts Assistants as part of the finance team structure. Is this you? Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with c. 2 years' post-qualification experience. Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls. Ability to analyse and interpret high volumes of data. Interested?
